All Studio MiLK orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your package leaves our studio. Please note that we are unable to process deliveries to PO Box addresses.

All orders are sent via New Zealand standard post and are subject to international delivery times depending on your area. You will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as your package leaves our studio. Please note that we are unable to process deliveries to PO Box addresses. Please email hello@studiomilk.co.nz for a freight/shipping quote. 

Returns

Our products are awesome, we’ve spent months and months testing them and we want you to be completely happy with what you’ve purchased. We do appreciate that it is hard to buy a ‘scent’ online, so if you receive your product and decide it’s not for you, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange (excluding freight) on items returned within 30 days of purchase. Products will need to be in original, un-used condition (with packaging intact and non-damaged) and return freight will be at your own expense. Once your product has been returned and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages 
If, for any reason, your package arrives damaged, please contact customer services for a replacement.
