SOME WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS: 

Aromatic

• apply to a loose cotton ball or a warm face cloth and breathe in deeply through the nose
• add to your wax burner, using a carrier oil, allowing the goodness to purify the air
• use in an electronic essential oil diffuser
• add to the final rinse cycle of your laundry, as an in-wash laundry fragrance booster

Topical 

• add to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes
• add to your favourite massage oil, jojoba and sweet almond oil are perfect carriers
• add to your favourite body lotion
